About the Sales Knowledge Xchange
The Sales Knowledge Xchange is an "Open Content" organization dedicated to methodically and relentlessly advancing the state of the art and science of sales management. The mission is to enable constituents to move a greater number of larger opportunities through their sales funnels faster. To achieve this mission, SKX will adhere to a strategy based on the Three Core Principles of Sales Process Engineering:
- Commit to continuous improvement of the sales process
- Implement rigorous use of a wide variety of sales process and results metrics to track the amount and pace of that improvement
- Formally document the sales process to establish and maintain a firm basis for defining appropriate metrics
Current SKX programs include:
- SKX Wiki: The The Open Content Sales Process Project- MSP
- Think "The Wikipedia for Sales Management"
- This wiki-based project used the intellectual capital of The YPS Group's Methodical Sales Process (MSP) as a starting point for building and continuously enhancing a body of knowledge about sales management
- The long term intent is to develop a broad series of specialized, industry-oriented "MSPs "
- The wiki has mostly fully "open" and a few "locked down" pages

- SKX Sales Manager's Handbook
- A hardcopy book complied from the content of the SKX Wiki
- Built by the entire SKX Community, organized and edited by the SKX Handbook Team
- The Self Directed Masters Degree in Sales Management, My-MSM
- A real-world, albeit not formally academically accredited degree, yet one that reflects commitment to advancing the science of Sales Management
- SKX intends to use The Free Nonprofit Micro-eMBA(SM)as a model for development
- SKX may at some point commit to academically formalizing the "MSM" degree
- SPE-TV(Sales Process Engineering TV) Slide shows and videos about Sales Process Enginering and continuous improvment of the sales process
